renewals purchased directly from Zinio.com. If all your subscriptions were ordered
through the publisher, you will see a message stating " You don't have any subscriptions
at this time." No need for concern -- your subscriptions are still valid and
will continue to be served till they expire. All your issues appear in the My
Library section.

Missing subscriptions?
The My Account section only shows you a history of subscriptions or renewals purchased directly from Zinio.com. If all your orders were placed through the publisher, you will see a message stating "You do not have any subscriptions at this time." All your publications, regardless of purchase origin, can always be accessed in the My Library section.
