Zinio, Inc. Names Richard Maggiotto as President and Chief Executive Officer


Company Builds on Momentum and Leads Digital Publishing Services Industry

San Francisco, CA and New York, NY (September 12, 2006) - Zinio, LLC announced today that Richard Maggiotto has been named President and CEO of the digital publishing firm. Prior to being named to this position, Maggiotto was Zinio's Senior Vice President of Strategic Development.

Since 2002, Zinio has produced, sold and delivered more than 45 million digital magazines from more than 400 popular titles, making it the leader in consumer magazine digital publishing services. More than three and a half million Zinio customers worldwide subscribe to titles such as BusinessWeek, Elle, Motor Trend, PC Magazine, Playboy and U.S. News & World Report, among hundreds of other popular consumer magazine titles.

Maggiotto has been a member of Zinio's executive team since the company's inception. Prior to joining Zinio, Maggiotto was a key member of the Office of the Vice Chairman at America Online.

Maggiotto succeeds Scott Kauffman who served as CEO for two years and will continue with the company as Chair of Zinio's Advisory Board. ,/p>
