1991年から2011年の間に刊行された『JA』年鑑22冊から100作品を選出、20世紀から21世紀への移行期につくられた日本の現代建築を紹介。刊行当時の『JA』のページを掲載し、作品発表時に書かれた建築家自身の解説誌面など、日本建築の現代史に触れられる。新規エッセイ・目次などは英語版のみを掲載。

A collection of 100 projects from 22 JA Yearbooks published between 1990 and 2011. JA is a quarterly Japanese architectural magazine and has been presenting the best of Japanese architecture in its annual yearbook since 1991. This title gives an overview of past 22 years of Japanese modern architecture by publishing original articles from the old issues.
