EDITOR’S LETTER
It’s time to start our annual quiltalong! We introduced the American Patchwork & Quilting® magazine quiltalong in 2014 with the quilt Tone It Down by designer Lissa Alexander. Since then, we’ve added a Facebook group and an Instagram hashtag (#apqquiltalong) to provide support and show-and-tell opportunities along the way. This year we chose the quilt Nine-Patch Square Dance, page 28, by Sherri McConnell, who used the Happy Days collection she designed with her daughter, Chelsi, for Moda Fabrics. Associate editor Diane Tomlinson combined fabrics of all kinds from her stash make the Nine-Patch Square Dance color option, page 35.
