Have clean pots and pans, and equipment plugged in. 2 Have all the ingredients required for the recipe out and on hand. Laying them out on a large kitchen tray makes things easy, accessible and neat. easy zucchini & ricotta pizza serves 4 (makes 2) | prep & cooking 17 mins 450g pkt stone-baked pizza bases90g (1/3 cup) tomato paste155g (11/2 cups) grated pizza cheese150g fresh ricotta, crumbled1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes (optional)1 zucchini, thinly sliced with a mandolin200g mixed baby tomatoes, halved150g (3/4 cup) stuffed green olives1/3 cup fresh basil leavesExtra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze, to drizzle (optional) 1 Preheat the oven to 240°C/220°C fan forced.
