we’re just beachy! nicole & keith’s summer loving

Nicole Kidman and her Kiwi crooner hubby Keith Urban didn’t waste any time getting into holiday mode after arriving Down Under for some sun, sand and surf! The showbiz A-listers have enjoyed their sizzling Sydney summer holiday with daughters Sunday Rose, 11, and Faith, but also found time for some cosy togetherness with a series of early morning dips at their local beach. On the first day, Bombshell star Nicole,52, braved the waves in an indigo bikini, but the following morning the fair-skinned actress opted to cover up with a long-sleeved one-piece while “Somebody Like You” singer Keith, 52, showed off his impressive tribal-inspired tatts in his swimming trunks. The family celebrated Faith’s ninth birthday on December 29 and soon after lovebirds Nicole and Keith, who tied the knot in 2006, snapped a…

editor’s note

Wherever you were and whatever you were doing as the clock ticked over to a new decade, I hope it was a goodie! For the first time in three years I managed to stay up until midnight … just. My son Lachlan has been up from Otago University for the holidays so there have been three teenagers in the house. They’ve been busy hanging out with friends and eating everything in sight, but we’ve also found time for some passionate conversations. Like all Kiwis, our thoughts are with those across the Tasman who are in the throes of such horrific fires. Many of us have friends and family in Australia – my sister’s house has “controlled” fires just eight kilometres away – and are keeping them close to our hearts. But as…

once upon a time in mexico brad & jen’s romantic reunion

It was a case of ‘out with the old, in with the new’ as billions of people around the world ushered in a new year and, indeed, a new decade on January 1 – except for Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston, who were more than happy to let their old flame burn bright. The former lovebirds – the most celebrated couple in Hollywood until their 2005 divorce – quietly mended their relationship in 2019, and this holiday season they took a step none of their friends or family could ever have predicted. “After spending Christmas together, Jen and Brad flew to Mexico to reconnect away from prying eyes,” a source close to Friends sweetheart Jen, 50, tells Woman’s Day exclusively. “They took a private jet to Los Cabos and checked into One&Only Palmilla…

shorty star’s soulmate i can’t wait to get married

Her love life as Shortland Street nurse Dawn Robinson is chaotic and filled with multiple partners, infidelity and even the death of her husband. But when the cameras stop rolling, actress Rebekah Palmer’s heart belongs to just one man – builder Bevan Randell. When Woman’s Day sits down to chat to the smitten pair, Bex, as she is known to friends and family, keeps a hand on her sweetheart’s arm and her eyes sparkle with love. “This sounds really corny,” she tells, “but Bevan never felt like a stranger. I’ve always said it was like our souls knew each other from day one.” And while the couple are set to wed later this year, they may never have found each other if it wasn’t for Bevan’s brother, The Edge radio host and Dancing…
