It’s a tough job, but someone’s got to do it!” my editor Susy Smith always joked. She has now handed the task of editing this publication on to me. And, of course, she is right: it is the dream job. Travelling around the UK (and occasionally further afield) to find the most interesting houses – and working with outstanding photographers – is always exciting and inspiring. For this issue, we headed to a wild part of the Cairngorms, in dramatic weather and across rugged mountain scenery.
