The actress, 45, claims in a new appellate court filing that the private judge presiding over their case refused to let their children testify before making a tentative ruling in Brad’s favor on May 13. “Judge Ouderkirk denied Ms. Jolie a fair trial, improperly excluding her evidence relevant to their children’s health, safety, and welfare, evidence critical to making her case,” Angie’s legal team argued.
