Welcome to Australian Country magazine’s fi rst ever cookbook. We’ve known all along that the recipes created by our talented food writers were pretty special. Not to mention the beautiful photographs. But when we looked at the collection at large, we realised our archives contained something quite remarkable…a flavour-packed celebration of Australian produce. So we decided to put this book together as a seasonal guide to how to make the most of our wonderful fruit, vegetables, dairy goods, meat and seafood.
