When did you last upgrade your camera? If it was in the last couple of years, you are likely not alone, as according to an interesting piece of Australian-commissioned research that passed by my desk late last year, most consumers believe they have been conditioned by brands to think that technology is moving so quickly that hardware only needs to last one or two years until the next model is available. Surprisingly, it's also something both baby boomers and millennials agree on, with 93 per cent and 82 per cent, respectively, agreeing with the statement.
