THE WEIGHT OF IT ALL
So much of the craft of photography is about getting the thing in the frame that we want to stand out to stand out, to readily catch the viewer's eye. For some photographers this is a subconscious action but for most of us, myself included, it’s quite deliberate. I’ll look through the viewfinder and work out how to compose my image to emphasise my subject best, and this process extends to my editing choices as well.
