give it a go!

Latest research shows almost half of us now try to eat more plant-based meals, one in 10 have been exploring different diets, and over one third are cooking healthier dishes. Yet many hesitate: 21 per cent lack confidence cooking meat-free meals; a quarter worry their family or partner won’t like eating them.
