Nicolette Forster, NSW Snack right As a self-confessed, shameless snacker, I was drawn to ‘Snacking Made Healthy’ in the October issue. Thanks HFG for somehow always knowing just what your readers need! R. Celestino, ACT Heart healthy What an eye-opener the recipes in ‘Mediterranean Heart’ were in the November issue! I’d been eating my…

letter of the month

I’m also loving the recipes that come to me via HFG email. Today is menu planning day — so I’m off to the shops with my meal plan! Judy Roulstone, QLD…
