Summer is my favourite time of year. Not only is the weather perfect for enjoying lazy days at the beach, but I find it so much easier to eat fresh, healthy food! In winter I crave stodgy carbs, but in summer, a light salad for dinner suffices. In fact, I’d rather not turn the oven on at all, especially when on holidays!
