This month, I set myself a challenge … one month without chocolate. Now, I'm not usually one to deprive myself of anything, but I realised that I was reaching for chocolate out of habit, rather than because I actually wanted it. So, what did I learn after 31 days? • Depriving yourself makes you think about it more. I’m sure my colleagues were sick of listening to me talk about chocolate!
