Hi Little Angel, My name is Em and I am 10 years old. I have an older sister who is 14 years old. Three days a week I go to taekwondo, which I have been doing for two years. I love it so much! I have a three-year-old dog called Chino, and I might be getting some hermit crabs soon! My favourite animals are cats and eagles, and my favourite hobbies are drawing, playing with Chino, and reading LA. The best parts are Blush and the Art Gallery. I have always hoped something of mine would be in this mag! From Em Hey Em, Wow! After two whole years of taekwondo you must be quite the expert! We bet you could show us some wicked cool moves. Chino sounds like a very cute…

the art gallery

Jolene (6) drew us the Powerpuff Girls – Bubbles, Blossom and Buttercup. What an amazing artist! Aliyah (11) sent us this very colourful and happy cupcake that brought a big smile to our faces. Georgia (9) created this lovely artwork of a girl standing against a beautiful blue sky. Could it be a self-portrait? Kanau (10) sent in this amazingly-drawn cat girl. We love her blue skirt and high boots, and her pose looks like she’s having heaps of fun dancing away. Violet (6) has drawn Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy of the Muppets having a nice chat as Miss Piggy sits on a swing. Maddison (5) sent in this vase of flowers that are just as pretty as the real thing! Well done, Maddison! Chelsea (8) drew this fantastic picture of Gidget from The…

rock on!

Congratulations girls! How did all of this come about? STEPHANIE: My sister and I have been in other productions before and we both love performing. When we heard about School of Rock coming to Australia we knew we had to audition for it. It’s a show the whole family will love and it has a great message. What are your costumes like? RACHEL: The costumes look like those of a private school uniform, because the school we attend in the musical (called Horace Green) is very prestigious. Dressing up and getting our hair done is a lot of fun and it allows me to connect with my character. Have you seen the movie version of School of Rock? REMY: School Of Rock is 100% my favourite movie! I am a huge Jack Black fan and…
