It includes a swimming pool and entertaining area located at the front of the property with views of the beach. It also features a more intimate outdoor room and gardens located to the rear of the property to take advantage of the cooling shade and avoid the predominant strong northeasterly winds in summer. The location of the outdoor room was set immediately adjacent to the rear of the house and indoor gym, creating a strong link to the lounge and kitchen as well as the pool at the opposite end of the home.
