Last night was Taco Thursday at our house; I know it’s traditionally on a Tuesday but we do Chicken Tuesday… Anyway, I got home late and didn’t have enough time to make tacos. Really, I should have made one of the three 30-minute cover dishes (p16) but my family are creatures of habit and my recipe ain’t ready in half an hour. Sigh. So it was baked beans and eggs for the kids, and nothing for me as I really wasn’t that hungry.
