LOOKING AT THE interiors of Veronika Heilbrunner and Justin O’Shea’s renovated German farmhouse, you’d never guess elements of the elegant space were a last-minute affair. However, a move from London in the pandemic’s initial stages, with young son Walter in tow, required some ad hoc thinking. “We nearly divorced,” Heilbrunner, who is now expecting her second child, jokingly recalls about building a kitchen online in lockdown.
