The Cake Boss’ Chocolate Brownie Clusters With just five ingredients, you can whip up a batch of these impossible-to-resist walnut-filled cookies! • 3 extra-large egg whites• 1/2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice• 1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar• 1/4 cup unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder• 1 1/2 cups unsalted raw walnut halves • Position rack in center of oven; preheat oven to 325°F.
