what makes me happy !

“Crocuses make me smile!” Crocuses, the first flowers of spring, bring a smile to my face every time I walk past them in the flowerbed in front of our house. It seems as though all the dreariness of winter is forgotten at the sight of these cheerful purple, yellow and white blooms! Marijana Marks, Honesdale, PA Do you have a happy moment to share? Getting enough shuteye is crucial for keeping your metabolism in check—and now it turns out the…

It happened after a “Ripley’s Believe It or Not!” cartoon pointed out our country’s lack of an anthem, which sparked five million people to sign a petition demanding President Hoover name one! • The Cat in the Hat author Dr. Seuss was born Theodor Geisel in 1904.
