what makes me happy !

“Scrapbooks help me relive every precious moment!” I’m most happy when I’m working on a scrapbook for my 11-year-old granddaughter, Elena. I began making scrapbooks for her from the moment her parents told me that they were expecting. When Elena visits with her mom and dad, she enjoys looking through them with me. And whenever I’m missing her, I flip through the books to relive every moment. When she turns 18, I plan to give her the collection of scrapbooks I’ve been working on. I can’t wait to fill each page with more wonderful memories in the years to come! —Dianne Locascio, Auburn, IN Do you have a happy moment to share? you deserve the royal treatment!

Treat yourself—or someone you love—to little luxuries that are guaranteed to make you feel royally pampered! A great reason to eat whole grains! That’s according to a research report in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition that theorizes that fiber in whole grains feeds good bacteria while helping to flush out bad bacteria! Try this exercise for back pain! If you’re suffering from back pain, the idea of exercising may be daunting. Luckily, a new study review reveals that one of the most gentle forms of movement—yoga—just happens to be the…

In fact, Roman lawmakers have declared the wild felines who live within the walls of the Coliseum and other monuments to be part of the city’s “bio-heritage” and so protects them by law! • Television icon Lucille Ball died at the age of 77 in 1989. Best known for her role as eccentric, accident-prone Lucy Ricardo on I Love Lucy, Ball’s career had a bit of a rocky start. Accepted at age 15 to a prestigious New York City drama school, she was dismissed after just one month because she was too shy to perform in front of her classmates, one of whom was…
