Michael Symon’s Chicken Breast with Shaved Fennel & Orange Salad The winning combo of thinly sliced crunchy licorice-tinged fennel with sweet orange and honey makes a refreshing topper for tender grilled chicken! ▪ 4 (6 oz.) boneless skin-on chicken breast halves ▪ Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper ▪ 4 Tbs. olive oil ▪ 1 tsp.
