Make the most of your leftover pumpkin seeds by turning them into a tasty snack inspired by gourmet flavors like . . . • Zesty chili lime! Toss 2 cups pumpkin seeds (rinsed and patted dry) with 1 Tbs. hot sauce, 1/2 tsp. chili powder, 2 tsp. lime juice and a pinch of paprika. Bake at 300°F on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with salt to taste and enjoy your crunchy, spicy seeds! • Caramelized maple!
