STRAWBERRY S’MORES IN A JAR MAKES 6 TO 8 SERVINGS HANDS-ON TIME 25 MINUTES TOTAL TIME 30 MINUTES 8 graham crackers, crumbled3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped3 tbsp raspberry jam125 g dark or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped⅓ cup 18% table cream3 tbsp chocolate-hazelnut spread24 to 32 marshmallows In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter. Spoon evenly into six 1-cup or eight ¾-cup jars or glasses. Set aside. In large bowl, combine strawberries and raspberry jam. Set aside. Place chocolate in small heatproof bowl. Microwave cream in microwavable cup on medium-low heat for 1 minute; pour over chocolate and let stand for 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate is completely melted, then stir in chocolate-hazelnut spread. Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
