children’s hospital benefit

Paula recently held a meet and greet and brunch fundraiser to benefit Nationwide Children’s Hospital. The event took place at Morris Home, a furniture store in Columbus, Ohio. Beautiful pieces from Paula’s Savannah-inspired line of Universal Furniture were featured in an auction, and the brunch included Fried Chicken and Waffl es, Orange Buttermilk Pie, and other delectable dishes from Paula’s newest cookbook, At the Southern Table with Paula Deen. Shoppers at the Morris Home store that day were also invited to enter a raffle for a trip to Savannah, Georgia. Winner Dinna Witmer and her husband are overjoyed for their upcoming visit to Paula’s hometown. Hundreds of Paula’s fans attended, and the silent auction event raised more than $10,000.
