I’m really enjoying the lighter evenings and have been squeezing in a bit more stitching each day – hooray! If those extra daylight hours are spurring you on to start a larger project, you’ll find plently to choose from in this issue. I can’t wait to stitch Maria Diaz’s Celtic dancer (p16) for my friend, who used to do a spot of Irish dancing in her younger days. It’ll make the perfect gift!If cute creatures are your favourite cross stitch theme, then don’t miss our darling ducklings (p12) and beautiful ladybird cushion (p50), both packed with detail. Lucie Heaton’s jungle clock (p26) is also adorable, and makes a lovely addition to the nursery.Elsewhere, we’ve got a gorgeous scene of a girl tending her garden (p4), a charming home sweet home…
