44-year-old Sam Knuckey lives in Cornwall with husband Wayne (pictured) and children Aaron, 14, Grace, 12, and Hope, nine When did you start cooking? When I had children, so I knew what they were eating. I love to ramp up the tunes and cook! Treasured food memory? Eating conch in Tobago on our wedding anniversary. Favourite family recipe?
