DERRY MOORE Photographer Derry Moore began his career as a photographer in 1971, as a pupil of the acclaimed German photojournalist Bill Brandt. Prior to that, Derry attended Austrian artist Oskar Kokoschka’s School of Seeing in Salzburg, which he credits with giving him the skills to flourish under Brandt’s tutorage. Derry’s work has appeared in numerous publications, including Architectural Digest, Vogue and Town & Country. For this month’s House & Garden, he shot his friend David Mlinaric’s house in Croatia (on pages 100-105).
