EDITOR’S NOTE
Dear Reader, When the call for designs went out for this issue in April 2020, we didn’t yet fully understand the scope of the pandemic. Yes, travel was on hold and toilet paper was scarce, but surely within a few months, things would be up and running again. The chosen theme of Home & Away felt optimistic: a nod to future travels mixed with plenty of knitting to keep things cozy at home. And while I am starting to feel optimistic again about a future where travel is possible, this past year has left me heavy with nostalgia for hopping on a plane, jumping in a car, and exploring new places.
