TUONO FACTORY GETS A SEMI Aprilia have given the Tuono semi-active Öhlins suspension front and rear. Apart from some tiny changes to the paint, that’s the only update. Fine: it was a great bike, anyway. No price yet, but the 2018 RRP is £16k, so it’ll probably rise from there. ‘I’m never letting it go’ KAWASAKI ZRX1100 IAN GALWAY I BOUGHT THIS bike as a bog standard ZRX1100 more than 17 years ago, with the intention of bringing it with me on my move to Spain. I set to it and have been modifying it over here ever since. From front to back, I’ve updated the brakes with Nissin four-piston calipers taken from an early Suzuki Bandit 1200, and boosted their performance a little further with the addition of braided lines. The forks now have progressive springs fitted. The clocks are a recent fitment, and taken straight from a ZRX1200S. It also has a fresh set of Renthal handlebars.
