INGREDIENTS • Fondant for the discs• Gumpaste for the flowers• Tylopour• 4mm pearl cachous• Batch of cupcakes• Buttercream Icing EQUIPMENT • Small Non-stick rolling pin• Non-stick mat• 35mm rose petal cutter• Country Daisy Flower mould/veiner• Small paintbrush• Sugar Glue• Flower formers or egg cartons• Impression mat of your choice• Round Circle cutter• Wilton 1M tip• Piping Bag• Bake cupcakes and allow to cool. STEP 1 Begin by colouring the gumpaste and fondant to the desired colours. Add tylose powder to the fondant as per the instructions on the package.
