Simple but effective, rib stitch is a great one to have in your repertoire – all you need to do is make a row of double crochet, followed by one of slip stitches. It’s easy to see where this stitch got its name – just looking at it evokes the feeling of being on the beach and watching the waves rippling against the shore.
