The question that I hear most often is: ‘Where do your ideas come from?’. And sometimes ideas come from the most unlikely places. Like when my financial advisor asked me, a few months after we went independent, ‘How will you ensure that you keep your team?’ His focus was on risk management, but my head worked differently - by making this an attractive place to be, naturally! And what could inspire and motivate a person more than to spread your wings and travel? And so we started to plan a trip to refill our tanks with ideas once more.
