Prepare your favorite cake-mix recipe for cup-cakes. Frost with store-bought vanilla frosting. Use decorative red icing or red licorice whips to form “laces” on each cupcake. Hot Dog Pops Wrap cocktail-size turkey or veggie hot dogs in strips of store-bought crescent-roll or biscuit dough. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
