Hey there, It’s been said many times before, but the internet has completely revolutionized every aspect of our lives. While I’m sure there are millions of ways the internet benefits society—from rapid sharing of important medical information to connecting you to your loved ones around the world—I just can’t get interested in this aspect. Nah, I’m much more intrigued by how the internet has made the world a much weirder place. Back in the day, people would do something bizarre, get a couple laughs out of their friends and that would be it. Maybe people at school would start calling you “the guy that eats anything for a quarter,” but that would be the end of things.
