There’s no denying that this young ginger from South Florida has a knack for pretty much any board he can ride, but although Noah Flegel might not have won any major events this season, he’s had a pretty insane year. NEW BOATS FOR 2016: AXIS A20 The Axis A20 is completely redesigned for 2016 with some tweaks worthy of this little boat’s big reputation. The biggest change by far is the boat’s depth. The whole deck of the boat is now sunk into the hull to keep out chine spray, increase storage and make seating a lot more comfortable. Another benefit to the increased depth is more ballast potential and an even bigger bow. Inside, the dash is completely redesigned to improve aesthetics and do away with some superfluous features. The overall Axis driving experience is just as simple and easy as it’s always been, with analog switches and gauges and a super-easy speed control, but the whole package looks much better now. Chalk another one off for Rodrigo Donoso! This guy is on fire lately when it comes to shooting cover images. Rod and Kaesen Suyderhoud have been connecting to make stellar images for a while now, mostly because they live in such close proximity to each other and both have similar visions for how they want wakeboarding to be portrayed. Kaesen had a little under 30 feet of run-up space before he landed this front board on the closeout of death. We’ve never really seen anyone poke the way Danny is in this photo. He told us that this was the first set where he’s ever tried rolling his foot the other way and poking straight out the front like this, and it’s pretty refreshing seeing something done a little differently. The Inaugural Supra Boats Pro Wakeboard Tour Concludes! Before this year, there were a lot of questions about what the landscape of the Supra Boats Pro Wakeboard Tour would look like. After all, the Pro Wakeboard Tour has remained relatively the same for many years, so how did Supra and the PWT plan to change things up in order to keep the sport and the tour moving in a good direction?
