The royal nuptials this summer have brought increased interest in afternoon tea, perhaps because Meghan Markle’s first meeting with Queen Elizabeth at Buckingham Palace was for tea. And thanks to coaching by Englishman Edmund Fry, proprietor of Rose Tree Cottage in Pasadena, California, whose tearoom was one those featured in last issue’s installment of “TeaTime 15,” Ms. Markle was well prepared.
