NATURAL SOLUTIONS I was fascinated by your recent article on infrared therapy, and also the feature on using cold water to boost the immune system. I have yet to try either of these myself, although I have heard of athletes alternating hot and cold treatments to ease sports injuries. I think looking to simple methods like using heat or cold to improve health really ties in to the whole wellness trend around looking to things that are more natural and traditional, rather than reaching for tablets and other synthetic medicines.
