THIS TAKES THE CAKE Gingerbread houses are so yesterday. At least, that’s the case for Swedish artist Caroline Eriksson! She creates huge gingerbread sculptures based on characters from movies. Her incredible masterpieces include Transformer Optimus Prime and dragon Smaug from Lord Of The Rings. Eriksson uses pounds of flour and plenty of sugar to make her gingerbread. Then she cuts it into a variety of shapes to build a sculpture, sticking each piece together with melted sugar. Making the artwork is no easy task, though.
