I had an old friend visit recently. Old friends are the best because they don’t really care if you change the sheets for them. I’m a bit of a slob about changing sheets. I’m a woman who’s rarely lost for words. But sitting down to write this year’s Mother’s Day card, I seriously started to struggle.
