FOR NEARLY two-and-half years, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s divorce has been the scandal that refuses to bow out of the spotlight. But last week, the estranged couple finally set a date for their day in court. On 4 December they will meet to discuss who will gain custody of their six children, Maddox, 17, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and 10-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
However, in a typically exhausting twist, legal documents also reveal that Angelina, 43, and Brad, 54, have requested to further drag out the financial negotiations of the case until 30 June next year – securing the dubious honour of having one of the ugliest, most drawn-out divorces in Hollywood history.
