INGREDIENTS SERVES 6 TO 8 6 hot cross buns2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted2 cups 2% milk2 cups 35% whipping cream1 vanilla bean2 tbsp orange marmalade4 large eggs⅓ cup granulated sugar2 tbsp icing sugar, for serving DIRECTIONS Preheat the oven to 350°F.
