Healthy for me, healthy for us, healthy for the planet. That’s been my mantra for a while now. It seems we’re in a new era of nurturing, and in a beautiful twist, science is showing us the diet that’s best for us is also the best for the planet. All those nourishing wonderfoods we’re loving right now - such as whole grains, fruit, veg, nuts and olive oil – turn out to have the lowest environmental impact. Ain’t nature marvellous?
