Gratitude is more than just my go-to dining spot in California (I can’t get enough of the grain bowls, raw cheesecake, and creamy hazelnut lattes). It is a state of mind, and it’s how I consciously choose to navigate the world every day. Before I changed my mindset to revolve around gratitude, anything from financial stress to navigating personal relationships to the annual frenzy of the holiday season could wreak havoc on my nerves.
