christine’s life-changing decision!

The In Depth Story: Not even the flowers Paul surprises his wife with can distract Christine from the dread she feels in her heart. And when her phone rings only moments later, she grits her teeth and answers, anticipating the worst! As a concerned Paul watches on, his wife insists that the caller is making a huge mistake but eventually concedes defeat. Hanging up, Christine informs Paul that the mayor, predicting defeat in court, has offered to settle Victor’s wrongful prosecution suit against her office and the GCPD. Clearly on the side of both right and his wife, Paul believes this to be a huge mistake, pointing out that it could easily set a very bad precedent! Worse than settling the lawsuit, however, is the mayor’s demand that Christine be the one…

xander is on the case!

The In Depth Story: With a little help from Charlie, Xander reviews security footage this week and is able to confirm what he suspected: Thomas left the Forrester Creations parking lot in his car moments after Emma. The video leaves Xander more convinced than ever that Thomas killed the intern, but an exasperated Zoe warns him against jumping to any conclusions. His girlfriend’s hesitancy leaves Xander undeterred, however. Believing the subject of his investigation is capable of anything — including murder — he tells Zoe that Thomas’ vehicle could offer up further information about what really happened the night Emma’s car went off the road. As the week progresses, Xander does some snooping — and uncovers pretty damning evidence! “Obviously, there are huge ramifications!” In the midst of all this, Xander repeatedly tries…

daytime alum: “i’m not dead!”

Former B&B cast member Pierson Fodé (ex-Thomas) recently used Instagram to fill fans in on some health challenges he’s been suffering over the past few months. Posting a selfie in which a small medical device on his chest was visible underneath his T-shirt, Fodé acknowledged that it was a heart monitor which would allow doctors to track blackouts related to a brain trauma. While he didn’t further explain the extent of his neurological condition, Fodé acknowledged that recent events had led him to take stock. “I’m not dead! I’m actually far from it now,” he wrote, “although over the last month and a half I managed to have a few beers and ponder life with ol’ grim reaper.” The actor went on to express his gratitude to friends, family and doctors…

a new love triangle forms!

The In Depth Story: Nina’s first interaction with handsome, debonair Jax left her stuttering, and he seemed just as intrigued by her. “Jax was attracted to Nina the first time he saw her,” portrayer Ingo Rademacher agrees. “But I have a feeling he already knew who she was at the Nurses Ball, because he’d been studying Aurora Media before purchasing it. He had done his background work. And to [tick] off a Cassadine is just a bonus!” Indeed, Jasper Jacks has gotten under Valentin’s skin in a big way — especially since Nina postponed their wedding in order to focus on Crimson. “She’s trying to find a stronger role in the magazine and where she’s really going to step up in making that a success — and then also trying to…

kristen reveals herself to ted & kate!

The In Depth Story: Kristen was crystal clear when she ordered Xander to get rid of Ted. What she didn’t count on was her partner’s recent trend of acting, well, decent and bonding with people. So when “Nicole” heads to the secret room this week to check on things, she won’t like what she finds brewing between captives Ted and Kate! Will Xander have a chance to defend himself when confronted by Kristen about his betrayal? Meanwhile, Ted’s absence has not gone unnoticed by Hope. When she grills Xander about the Frenchman’s disappearance, Xander will no doubt tap dance around his involvement! Later, look for the mercenary to have a change of heart regarding his plans for his captives. Hopefully, he’s covered his tracks well, because Hope starts following him! In the…
