Winter Sangria A trio of fruit brightens our coldweather spin on a summer staple • In pitcher, mix wine, brandy, juice, tangerines, cinnamon and rosemary. Cover; chill at least 4 hrs. • Spread sugar on small plate. For garnish, thread cranberries onto skewers; brush with syrup. Roll in sugar until coated. On low, beat in flour mixture until dough forms; shape dough into disk. Wrap in plastic wrap; chill until firm, 30 min. • Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. On lightly floured surface, roll out dough to ¼" thick. Using starshaped cookie cutters, cut out 2 cookies of each of the following sizes: 5", 4½", 4", 3½", 3" and 2½". Coat 12 mini muffin cups with cooking spray. Line 12 regular muffin cups with green cupcake liners.
