happy and healty

A recent study has found that children who camp outdoors at least once a year will go on to do better at school, as well as being healthier and happier.I'm sure most of our readers already knew this, but can you believe that even just one camping trip a year could have such a big effect on a child? The research, done by the Institute of Education at Plymouth University and the Camping and Caravanning Club, showed that 98% of parents said camping makes their kids appreciate and connect with nature; 95% said their kids were happier when camping; and 93% felt that it provided useful skills for later life. If that's not motivation for parents to get into the outdoors, I don't know what is. Camping makes children appreciate…

industry news

SWIFT CARAVANS GROWING SWIFTLY exclusively in South Africa at Loftus Caravan City in Randburg (Gauteng) and Cara-Camp in Somerset-West (Western Cape), have gone through both South African SABS and UK product approval and come with a full warranty.Woody Loftus, from Loftus Caravan City, says: “There have been almost zero problems with the Swift products. This is probably as a result of the high standard that European manufacturers are subjected to.“That said, we already have stock of all the Since the first Swift caravans arrived from Europe on South Africa’s shores in September 2018, almost all of the 29 units have been sold. And of the next shipment of 8 caravans on its way (at the time of going to print), most have already been allocated to customers.Good news for caravanners…
