If there’s glue between your fingers, ink ingrained on your hands or magical rain and glitter all over your home, you’re not alone – Christmas card making is in full swing across the world. If you’re still looking for the perfect festive finish, you have to try a magic rain shaker (p31) – beads move up and down a string to look like snow, or magical rain! This issue’s nativity printables (p8) are pretty magical too, including an angel with wings that move and stunning seasonal illustrations you can print from our website for free. we did it!

ishaPlastow Q What did you think about these printables? A I loved these printables as soon as I saw them! Naomi has illustrated a few different backgrounds, and in particular, the evening skies over Bethlehem really appealed to me. A Once you’ve printed them out, use a small pair of scissors to fussy cut your characters with precision. It will look neater. Lore Green Q How did you create depth in your beautiful nativity cards? A I love building scenes and playing with depth, and these papers are perfect for that! I like using foam pads, and often double – or triple – them up to create depth…
