Strawberry puff-pastry tartlets A pretty assembly pudding with just four ingredients – great when you don’t have much time. Serves 4 Ready in 30 minutes 100g ready-rolled light puff pastry8 tsp fat-free natural fromage frais8 small fresh strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced½ level tsp icing sugar 1 Preheat your oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/gas 7.
